Using a SpaceMouse in Smilecloud

Use your SpaceMouse to navigate 3D models in Smilecloud. Getting started takes just a few steps.

1. Install the official drivers

Download and install the appropriate drivers for your operating system from the 3Dconnexion website, following the installation instructions.

Windows users: The drivers installed automatically by Windows do not support interaction with web applications. You need the official manufacturer’s drivers to use your SpaceMouse in Smilecloud.

2. Connect your SpaceMouse

Make sure your device is connected and switched on, then open Smilecloud in your browser.

3. Open a 3D view

Once the drivers are installed, your SpaceMouse should work automatically across Smilecloud’s 3D views, including:

• The 3D viewer in Documentation
• Blueprint’s design view
• Reviewer

No additional setup inside Smilecloud is required.

Not responding? Check that your device is connected and the official drivers are installed, then restart your browser and try again.
