Supported formats include (but are not limited to):

• .XML files
• .MOD files
• .KEY files
• Image formats like .NEF and .RAW

⏳ Important: The download link is active for 7 days from upload, after which it expires automatically.

If you joined Smilecloud before June 26, 2025, here’s what’s changed:

• Legacy Design: No longer in Projects. Re-enable it in Settings (for now).
• New Smile Design: Smarter, faster, fully editable.
• Libraries: Download with size & position preserved.
• Video Simulation: New tool for lifelike before/after. Works only on new designs.
• Drop-in Chat: Share unsupported files (e.g. .xml, .mod).
• Shared Collections: Now available for Business accounts.
