You can connect your AXS, Google Drive, and Dropbox accounts to Smilecloud, making it faster to import case files, photos, scans, PDFs, and other documentation without downloading them to your device first.
Send and receive file types that aren't supported in Smilecloud's main documentation flow. Simply drag and drop the file into your case chat, and your team can download it instantly.
Supported formats include (but are not limited to):
