We heard your feedback, and we’ve made sharing unsupported files easier than ever.
With the new Drop-in Chat feature, you can now send and receive file types that aren't supported in Smilecloud's main documentation flow. Simply drag and drop the file into your project chat, and your team can download it instantly.
Supported formats include (but are not limited to):
.XML files
.MOD files
Image formats like .KEY and .RAW
⏳ Important: The download link is active for 7 days from upload, after which it expires automatically.
This makes collaboration smoother, especially when working with external tools or large raw data files. No more juggling WeTransfer or third-party links—everything can be shared within your Smilecloud workspace.
