Changing the Email Address on Your Smilecloud Account

If you need to change the email address associated with your Smilecloud account, our support team is here to help. For security reasons, all email change requests must be handled directly through official Smilecloud Support channels.

To begin the process, you will need to provide:

  • The current email address linked to your Smilecloud account
  • The new email address you would like to use
  • The invoice from your latest billing cycle, used as proof of identity and account ownership

Please note that email changes can only be requested by the actual owner of the Smilecloud account and the related email addresses. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot process requests submitted on behalf of another person.


If the New Email Address Has Never Been Used for a Smilecloud Account

This is the simpler and faster process.

Once your request has been verified, our team will send:

  • One confirmation code to your current email address
  • One confirmation code to your new email address

To complete the change, you’ll need to send both codes back to our support team. This allows us to securely confirm that you have access to both email addresses involved in the request.

Please keep in mind that these verification codes expire after a limited amount of time, so we recommend sharing them with us as soon as they arrive.


If the New Email Address Is Already Linked to Another Smilecloud Account

If the new email address is already being used with an existing Smilecloud account, an additional step is required before the email change can be completed.

In this case, our team will first need to merge the accounts on our side. Once the merge is completed, we will proceed with the same verification process described above by sending confirmation codes to both email addresses.

As with all email changes, the request must come directly from the verified account owner through official Smilecloud Support channels.


Once the verification process is complete, your account email address will be updated securely and your Smilecloud access will continue uninterrupted.
