Create a Subscription
Join a global community
Open Smilecloud from a Laptop or computer (not from the mobile app) and sign in.
If your trial ended, youâll see a banner: âYour trial period has ended.â
⢠Click See plans
⢠Or open My account from your avatar (top-right) â Plan and Billing
Choose billing cycle
- On the Plans page, pick Annual or Monthly using the toggle at the top
- Pick your plan (Select Lite, Starter, or Business) then click Subscribe on the card
Review the subscription summary
- A dialog opens showing the plan, billing cycle, and current team member(s).
- Enter billing details at the right:
⢠Choose Company or Individual
⢠For Company: add CUI/CIF (use Find my company if available), Company name, Country/Region, Street & number, Postal code
⢠(Optional) Set a Billing email if you want invoices sent to a different address
Then click Continue.
Add payment method & confirm
Enter your card details, confirm the charge, and finish. Youâll be billed immediately and your subscription renews until you cancel.
Youâre all set
Your workspace switches from read-only to full accessâyou can create new cases, design, team-up, review, and chat.
Notes & tips
- Invoices are emailed to the billing email you filled in and also to the email associated with your account.
- You can make changes to your subscription anytime: cancel, upgrade or downgrade.
- When Downgrading you will see a message letting you know which date you can take this action, as the amount consumed from your payment needs to be equal or lower to the plan you are downgrading to.
